This season Nundah Sharks is excited to announce we have a new App! Swim Club Connect Meet Manager, is your one stop app for weekly swim nominations, tracking time records, and Volunteer signup.
The developers are local, and have developed this technology to help digitise & make the running of club nights a whole lot simpler. The app uses cloud-based technologies simplifying hosting and recording of swim meets. Swimmers have realtime access to swim times and a simple process to nominate for events.

Download the app before your first Club Night of the season. Be ready to nominate your swimmers, and sign up to volunteer.

We’ve put together a simple step by step guide to help you get started using the new app.
Your Committee members are available at club nights to help answer your questions. Come and find us for chat! (find us near the BBQ or in a Sharks Polo)
Meet Mobile is used by Qld Swimming, and other clubs. If your children are swimming in other carnivals, or competitions you may need to keep using this App.
Remember to check your historic records and information before deleting the app or cancelling your subscription.
Nundah Sharks will no longer be using the Stack Team App for any club events, activities or communication.

YES! One parent will add “+ Swimmer” and the other can “Find Existing Swimmers“.
The first parent will receive a notification in the, requesting to “Share the Swimmer”. Once accepted, both parents can nominate, and cancel, on behalf of the swimmer.
AND you’ll both easily see that your swimmer has already nominated in an event.
This generally means the Meet is not open. Check back closer to the week of the Meet.
Whilst the app isn’t set up for the App Stores “Family Sharing”, you can use the same login on 2 phones.
All new users receive 30 day free trial.
You’ll then be prompted to pay the subscription to continue having full access in the app.
We are asking all members to pay the Annual subscription fee for this App to help maximise your Sharks Swim Club experience.
Your minimal Annual investment of approx $10/yr for this app, saves the club substantial investment, and also supports local technology development and investing in small business.
To manage the payment amount and cycle:
>Settings (cog)
>AccountCurrent Subscription
>Select Annual or Monthly
>Authorise with your App store id
If you choose + Swimmer, and the details match (name, dob, gender) a swimmer already registered, the App identifies the duplicate profile.
You’ll then be prompted to request “sharing of the Swimmer.
